These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ammar Auto Maintenance website and the automotive services we provide at our workshop in Al Jerf Industrial Area 1, Ajman, UAE.
Quotations and estimates
All quotations are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional faults are discovered during repair, we will contact you for approval before any further work is carried out.
Payment
Payment is due on collection of the vehicle unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Warranty
We provide a written warranty on the parts and labour of each repair. Warranty specifics are noted on your invoice. Damage caused by misuse, accident, further modification or lack of maintenance is not covered.
Vehicle storage
Vehicles must be collected within seven days of completion notice. Storage charges may apply thereafter.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the repair carried out. We are not liable for consequential losses such as loss of use, income or third-party damage arising from a defect not caused by our work.
